These documents are structured for review readiness, but final launch should still confirm the legal entity name, seller address, payment setup, SDK list, privacy label answers, and support inbox.

Review checklist

Before marketplace submission

  • Use functional Privacy Policy, Support, Terms of Use, and privacy choices URLs in every required distribution portal.
  • Keep privacy labels aligned with the final production app, SDKs, diagnostics, payments, and support vendors.
  • Make account deletion easy to find if account creation is available in the app.
  • Show subscription price, duration, renewal, cancellation, and restore-purchase behavior clearly in the purchase flow.
  • Make web subscription cancellation available from the same web surface used for purchase, with direct access to a billing portal or support-assisted cancellation.
  • Record affirmative subscription consent, the displayed price, plan interval, document version, and checkout or transaction ID.
  • Provide reviewers with demo access, sample QR codes, live backend services, and notes for non-obvious remote-control behavior.
  • Keep support contact information current and reachable from the app and Support URL.
